如何申请
在购买后 14 天内，发送邮件至 hello@indiewilliam.com，附上你的订单邮箱即可，无需说明理由。我们会在收到后尽快处理，退款将原路退回你的支付方式。
说明
- 退款通过我们的支付服务商（Merchant of Record）处理，到账时间取决于你的银行/发卡机构。
- 订阅在退款后即停止续费。
- 目前产品处于等候名单阶段，尚未开始收费——本政策将在付费开放后生效。

How to request
Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@indiewilliam.com with your order email — no reason needed. Refunds return to your original payment method.
Notes
- Refunds are processed via our Merchant of Record; settlement time depends on your bank/card issuer.
- Subscriptions stop renewing once refunded.
